JAKE NEEDELL “JAILBIRD CONTRACTOR”


I guess you can call Jake Needell a builder who doesn’t build. His practice seems to be just taking money up front, then and quitting after just a small amount of work. Needell is also known as Jeff Meade. One of his latest companies was called Project 6, LLC & Development Holding.

Last we heard, Needell was in jail on charges of embezzling $1.6 million from Wells Fargo. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, or his former partner Eli Williams. According to reports we’ve gathered, they do very little work, then split! One woman who called our Troubleshooter Radio Show gave him $63,000 and got nothing but a hole in her backyard with a small amount of concrete.
