Scott called us after paying a custom homebuilder nearly $300,000 for and getting nothing but a run-around in return!  the custom homehis contract – In April 2019, Hired Homecrafters, 6833 S Dayton St., Suite 227, Greenwood Village, Terry Thon, to build a custom home, to be built offsite (in Fountain, Colorado), then transported to Granby.

Currently in Fountain, there is a framed structure, without a roof structure and on Scott’s lot is a foundation. 

So far, Scott has paid $291,000 and maybe got around $100,000 in value. 

My advice? STAY AWAY FROM TERRY THON!
